Maintenance Issues 

If you are experiencing an issue with your rental please login into the Resident Center to Submit a Maintenance Request.

Emergency Maintenance Issues*  (Fire, Break In, Flooding, or loss of Heat in Winter Months**)

For a Fire or Break In  -  Please Call 9-1-1

Maintenance Emergencies After Hours (4:01 pm to 7:59 am)Please call our Office at  (814) 327-1682 and select option 2

Locked Out After Hours -  Please call a Locksmith in the Area. (Tenants are responsible for all fees)

*Weidley Properties holds the right to determine what constitutes an emergency.         **Winter Months include November - March
